Just imagine a new comedy podcast - like Wait Wait Don't Tell Me but unhindered by the twin shibboleths of topicality and professionalism

Episode 11: Civil Servants

TAMF returns triumphantly with our best-sounding episode yet. These are the employees in your governments. By which we mean not our regular panelists, but subjects like long-dead pledges to obscure British organizations, stamps, Albert Einstein’s sexual history, and a game of This-or-That that cannot be told… you must simply experience it. Bag this one up and take it home.

We really have made leaps and bounds in audio quality – scout’s honor – and appreciate your patience!

To answer the question that arose during the show about whether the USPS has a rule about only dead people on stamps: they did. And they just lifted it. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/27/us/postal-service-will-begin-honoring-living-people-on-stamps.html (I recently heard about this through the most excellent “99% Invisible” podcast: http://99percentinvisible.org/)

Brace yourself for Lady Gaga stamps.

99% Invisible is dope! Roman Mars is a damned hero. And how perfect is it that a radio show on design comes out of San Francisco?
